You are protected every time you make a purchase on Blessohub.
We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description within 3 days. Otherwise, all sales are final. You are required to give a valid justification of return or exchange. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
When you make a purchase on Blessohub, we don’t release payment to the seller until you tell us you’ve received your order as described. You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Blessohub website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we’ll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.
What is covered?
If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem in the Blessohub Website immediately:
- Undisclosed damage.
- Incorrect or missing item.
- Item not as described.
- Item is not authentic.
If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
Exception and Rules to the policy:
Item does not fit / changed mind
If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. You can always re-list the item on Blessohub.
Trades and Offline Transactions
Blessohub does not cover trades or transactions completed off of the Blessohub platform. When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the Blessohub platform, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transactions.
Process of return:
- Go to Order History and locate the order you want to return
- Click over the order ID to see the items in that order.
- Select Return button in front of the item you want to return.
- Select an option from the Reason for return menu. You can add any additional information in the Comments box.
- Click Submit for Approval.
After submitting the return request, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your registered account. If you see a return ID generated for your return request in status “Pending Approval” then it was successfully submitted.
Your request will be forwarded to the seller. After the seller reviews your return request and authorize it, you will receive a phone call from Blessohub customer support team asking you to schedule a return pickup. You will simply need to tell the date and time of pickup. This will change your return request status to “Awaiting product”.
Soon after this you will receive an e-mail with the instructions on how to return your item. You can either paste the original invoice on your package or you can write the seller’s return address and Return ID on a piece of paper and paste it onto the return package.
Once we pick up and seller receives your returned product, the seller will perform the quality check at their end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid (may vary as per the applied discount coupons/cashes/vouchers over the order) for the products within 1-2 days. If product purchased is returned then the refund amount will be exactly equal the amount paid for the product, less any shipping and COD charged on the original order.
